Elevator building with al

Pros

It’s conveniently located between 1 and A trains. The building is very close to supermarkets, restaurants and many other stores. Packages are rarely stolen Elevator and laundry in the basement

Cons

Laundry is not efficient to do heavy load for washing or drying . It cost $3 per load for washing or drying . However, they didn’t dry enough for one load if you are doing in full. They need to upgrade the laundry machine and keep them clean I saw one of the super clean or sweep the corridor very often. However, some people in the building makes messes such as throwing trash , smoking cigarettes on the stairwell.

Advice to the owners

Should upgrade the kitchen appliances/ garbage management and laundry machine
