Absent and Reluctant Management
Pros
It’s a good location and in good enough condition. Super was a nice guy and helpful. Has a great view from the roof
Cons
Management is completely absent and does not respond to any complaint. We had water leaking from the ceiling for years before it was addressed after countless emails and calls. Mold in the bathroom that resulted in jsut wiping it down and painting over it. Apartment itself was in terrible shape. Bad repair and painting jobs, non working dishwasher that management would not repair, black sludge constantly coming out of the kitchen sink. There is also a fire station right down the street that you will hear all the time
