Roach infestation is out of control. They send monthly exterminators and it does absolutely nothing. The whole place needs to be emptied, fumigated, and cleaned. Walls and ceilings are cracking, falling apart constantly, floors in terrible condition. Management is completely unresponsive and unreliable. Repairs take weeks to resolve, contractors do botched work, no one cares even after violations and fines from 311
Advice to the owners
You have children and elderly living here, some for a very long time. Take care of them. The whole building needs so many repairs and cleanings, it will be worth your money to fix this building. Unless your goal is to push everyone out, why neglect this place so much? Just FIX IT
