Great Building & Responsive Landlord

Pros

Lived here for 3 years, great location, quiet street, feels very safe, close to trains, extremely responsive and helpful landlord, new appliances, easy to get in touch with maintenance, no pests or rodent issues.

Cons

Old pre war plumbing causes pipes to get clogged a lot but maintenance comes when needed.
