Unfortunate Building headaches

Pros

Blasted good heat and hot water.

Cons

They don't fix. Roaches, mice, and mold.

Advice to the owners

Cooperate with the tenants and the tenants will Cooperate with you.

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Nightmare....run. your gonna need a security system.

Pros

The apartment is large.....that's alll......that's the only pro

Cons

Downstairs neighbor is 1% owner of the building. She's an old lady who hadls her 58 year old predator son living with her. He harassing all the tenants, bangs on their doors and complains about the smallest noises. His mother enables his behavior. He has pulled a knife out on multiple tenants and has a restraining order on the 3rd floor tenants, which he's relates to. Now the cats, this women has 10 plus cats in the building with some just roaming free. The smell is horrid. The hallways are full of kitty litter boxes. Here's the kicker, she doesn't want anyone with a cat, if she can hear it!!!! So if you breath, fart, walk, workout or laugh, this apartment is not for you!!!! Run and don't put yourself through this. The owner, her sister, erika had no idea what's going on and nothing is going to change.

Advice to the owners

Stop renting if you don't want to hear ppl living thier lives above you. Get rid of that pedo.
