Overall a good place to live, with a few issues

Quiet Nice ameneties Great location Staff are nice Service calls are generally answered promptly.

Cons

There is a building wide german cockroach issue. You will see them in your unit, hallways, trash room, laundry room, etc. Some of the tenants are disrespectful, they allow their dogs to pee/poop in common areas. Overall staff are very nice, I just wish due to the aforementioned issues that the common areas were more frequently cleaned.
