LL is a Bad Actor

Pros

Location. Some of the neighbors.

Cons

The public spaces lack heating in the winter. The front is unsightly due to trash pile up. LL is highly unresponsive. Many, many un resolved DOB violations.

Advice to the owners

Take at least a little bit of concern for the tenants. Stop acting in a deceitful way towards tenants. Acquire the proper inspections of the fire systems, the electrical systems and plumbing!
