-renovations look nice, but are meaningless with poor management.

-new ownership using scare tactics to force good tenants out of the building -ROACHES -new owners irresponsible with funds and refuse to return deposits, only returned after filing a claim in court for it. -hallways are a mess and smell awful -trash area is infested with all kinds of rodents and is very dark and scary to visit during night. -rent increase over 150% -landlords will not communicate via written communication, instead would rather show up at late hours of the night and scare tenants into moving out. Adult male “landlords” using scare tactics on young girls living alone, showing up past 9pm on a weeknight and walking into the apartment to discuss the increase in rent.
Advice to the owners
Beware of many tenants taking legal action against you.
