Cute Apartment with Some Cons
Pros
The apartment itself is beautiful. Had a roach problem when I first moved in but the landlord handled it in a timely way.
Cons
Next door building neighbors sometimes blast music during working hours, which has been difficult during WFH. The lease was 2 months shorter than what I expected. I’m putting the blame on the broker and landlord who did not properly communicate. Landlord also reduced from my security deposit because she claims the apartment wasn’t clean despite cleaning it. Very shady.
