Clean, modern updated finishes, ample storage space, decent natural lighting, great location for trains, close to Sephora/Bloomingdales, right above a nice bodetga and nail shop, noise levels were fine, property manager was awesome and super responsive
No washer/dryer in building, small kitchen, walk up, no trash chute (trash cans around the corner of building), no central AC
