Not liveable here worst choice ever

Mices ants repair response lighting issues pluming issues paint jobs mailbox setup con Edison meter setup outside stairs is dangerous during hard weather conditions since it’s metal front door knob is demaged no real super in the building this building is really infested I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone this is a garbage building garbage management this building is not livable

Advice to the owners

Get a real super and make all repairs before money is asked for
