Pros

Neighbors are quiet and respectful, many have lived here for decades.

The management company is very hard to get ahold of, they seem to call from a different phone number each time we need to reach them.

Love the apartment - Management horrible

Apartment is good in size, excellent location, pet friendly, responsive staff

Building management is impossible to reach, disorganized and unhelpful or non-responsive. Rent increases are disproportionate to any improvements in the units or building. Excessive turnaround times for any repairs that can't be resolved by building handyman.

Improvements need to be made to building and units before large rent increases are suggested.
