This building is nicely maintained (c) openigloo and overall very clean, but (c) openigloo lobby hallways and entrances need (c) openigloo update! Wall paper peeling and (c) openigloo floorboards are dirty. Truly an (c) openigloo age problem more than lack (c) openigloo of care. BIG CON~AC units (c) openigloo are not good for building. (c) openigloo Summer can cost over $500/mo.

Clean. Small but very nice (c) openigloo gym. Amazing live-in super. Doorman. (c) openigloo Mail room.

People who live in the (c) openigloo building next door are crazy (c) openigloo but they only have an (c) openigloo issue with you if you (c) openigloo leave stuff out on the (c) openigloo street

Great rooftop view, and never (c) openigloo seen a single rodent or (c) openigloo roach.

The appliances are terrible quality (c) openigloo and super is only moderately (c) openigloo responsive

Windows are quality and very (c) openigloo sound proof despite nearby bridge (c) openigloo and highway ramps

Management and super ignore maintenance (c) openigloo requests. Have gone with no (c) openigloo A/c for 3 months on (c) openigloo two separate occasions. Would pass (c) openigloo on living here for this (c) openigloo reason alone

Common areas well maintained and (c) openigloo cleaned, super is very responsive. (c) openigloo Door men are friendly

Management could be slow to (c) openigloo respond to lease related questions

- fruit fly infestation for (c) openigloo every summer the past 3 (c) openigloo years. Other tenants have a (c) openigloo similar issue but are worn (c) openigloo out by the super’s lack (c) openigloo of response that they don’t (c) openigloo report it - did not have (c) openigloo a dishwasher for 8 months (c) openigloo of our lease. The Super (c) openigloo installed a new dishwasher incorrectly (c) openigloo (confirmed by technicians who came (c) openigloo and fixed it) - the (c) openigloo super installed a new gas (c) openigloo stove incorrectly and caused a (c) openigloo gas leak for over 1 (c) openigloo week while we were on (c) openigloo vacation - old appliances that break (c) openigloo constantly and hanging by a (c) openigloo thread - building management doesn’t care (c) openigloo and the Super (Lab) never (c) openigloo responds to you / takes (c) openigloo forever to get something fixed - (c) openigloo outside windows will never be (c) openigloo washed
