Big pest problem

Pros

The size and layout of the apartment is beautiful

Cons

PEST! Rat problem but even worse, cockroach problem. We’re killing cockroaches once a day. Laundry room very dark and scary in the back Super not so friendly especially to people who only speak English. Have to go all the way downstairs to empty trash

Advice to the owners

Please fix the pest problem. If that was fixed, people would stay here longer.

Building has a Pest problem

Pros

Spacious apartment Wood floors

Cons

BIG PEST PROBLEM- rats and cockroaches. The building is old so there’s a big cockroach problem. You will see dead cockroaches in the hallways. They will be on your walls in the apartment. The summer is the worst… we kill one every other day if not every day.

Advice to the owners

renovations is a must.
