Fully furnished unit. Excellent price for the location. Free washer and dryer in basement!!!
Cons
Hot plate and mini fridge (functional, just small).
Advice to the owners
None, the unit is great! Maybe a bit better instructions on how to get mail, but then again I don’t ask lol.

Very noisy neighbors. Big problem with heating of the house. Very hot on the last floor on summer, no AC. Roof leaking, rats, ants
