Large sunny apartment
Pros
Huge true 1br that spans the entire floor so both north and south facing windows. Great location with food, restaurants, coffee shops, etc all next door. Central Park less than a 10 min walk away. Morning side park 2 mins away.
Cons
Traffic noise throughout the day. Noise between units, particularly from the unit above. Centrally managed heating in 4b was awfully hot in winter with no way to reduce the intensity. Poor water pressure.
Advice to the owners
Fix the heating, it's way too hot. Improve water pressure. Insulate for noise between units.
