Pros:
Proximity to subways
Cons:
Intercom breaks frequently, loud street, slow responsive from management and stubborn unhelpful super. Pay a monthly fee for laundry and the washers and dryers aren’t great and there’s only 2 for the whole building. Worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced

-Laundry in building was very convenient
-Trash area was kept clean
-Maintenance requests were easy to file online, were addressed quickly, and all maintenance staff was friendly
Cons:
-Had packages stolen
-Common areas in building could be cleaner
-Super was not very responsive

Common areas in building could be renovated

Amazing location in the heart of the east village. Building is small so neighbors know each other. Laundry in building.
Cons:
Street and tenants can be loud
