Slum Lord Nasty Building

Pros

Literally nothing n/a

Cons

I just moved in the beginning of this month and I’m already looking to move to a different place. Building is infested with roaches, dogs are allowed in the building even though the lease clearly states no animals, constant noise disturbances in the middle of the night. Dog feces and urine left throughout the building. Superintendent is useless. Asked multiple times for building to send an exterminator, every request was ignored. Had to report to HPD
