Falcon Tower is an impressive 31 story full service rental building located at 245 East 44th Street in Midtown Manhattan. Originally constructed in 1987, the building consists of 181 residences, many of which have large balconies. All apartments come equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, many units also have stainless steel appliances and washer dryers. The on-site amenities include a newly opened gym featuring Peloton bikes, Cybex machine, free weights and treadmills, 24 hour doorman, as well as laundry room & valet services.

On June 21, the NYC Rent Guidelines Board voted in the largest rent increases on rent-stabilized apartments since 2013.
