Good first apt in NYC

Pros

Quaint units on a quiet street and great neighbors!

Cons

The heat was too much in the winter and AC didn't always work. Seasonally bugs could be bad. Packages often got stolen from the lobby.

Advice to the owners

Better pest control, give tenants the ability to turn off their radiator in the winter!!

No Complaints and Would Recommend

Pros

Responsive landlord, management, and super. Building is well-maintained, and rent is very reasonable.

Cons

Units can get a little warm in the winter due to lack of thermostat in units.
