Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews for buildings managed by Joseph Sayegh indicate mixed feelings about the overall management quality. While some residents appreciate the beautiful apartments and responsive superintendents, issues such as inadequate heat, pest control problems, and poor garbage management are common complaints. The owner’s responsiveness is often deemed lacking, and maintenance requests tend to linger without resolution. There are calls for better resources to enable the super to maintain the buildings adequately. Despite these challenges, many tenants enjoy a friendly neighborly atmosphere and well-maintained water pressure, recommending improvements in management to enhance living conditions.

Decent place to live but management sucks

Pros

The apartments are beautiful , great neighborhood, decent super.

Cons

Hornet problem in the summertime that they cannot seem to fix. I have six years of broken promises of them fixing my broken windows. My apartment is freezing in the winter because of the windows. Poorly managed building. Dirty lobby most of the time.

Advice to the owners

Check your windows and stop being an asshole about fixing them.
