Pros

I absolutely love my space. Super amazing view as well as great neighborhood feel. Interior layout is very nice and allows for a complete living space.

Cons

Radiators/risers should ideally be replaced or refurbished though they do provide heat well.

Advice to the owners

Keep doing what you’re doing! This apartment is the best!
