Good location Super is nice and helpful. 1 bedrooms have a good amount of space.
Cons:
Old. Walls are super thin, so you will hear your upstairs neighbor walking, talking and playing music.

Units should be updated.

Great location and the super, Radu, was very attentive
Cons:
Units facing 6th Ave can get a ton of street noise; you can distinctly hear footsteps etc from people upstairs; and the heat blasts too much during the winter
Advice to owner:
Would be great if you can find a way for tenants to have some control to turn off the heat when it's blasting too much in an individual unit
