Great HK Apartment

Pros

Amazing size, great location, friendly super, responsive management. They fixed the hot water in about a day when there was a problem with it.

Frequently had mice in the apartment, no other pests though

Pros

The building is centrally located to lots of train lines, restaurants & night life.

Cons

The floor plans are small. Kitchen was tiny without a full oven/stove. Functional for 1 person, but very tight if you're planning to live there as a couple/family.

Advice to the owners

Lower the rents, I had to pay an increase on my renewal that was much too expensive. Life in NYC can be hard enough without the looming threat of rental increases.
