MARIN MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL!!! DO NOT USE!!

Pros:
The neighbors are AWESOME! Like family! Kind, considerate and respectful (especially Dianne and Stephen who are the longest tenants on the property.) The Tenants Association responds quickly to any building concerns or issues. They helped me through many issues throughout my 8 year tenancy.
Cons:
The problem is Marin Management does not respond to emails in a timely manner and ignores concerns or problems with the building. Marin Management does not care about tenants concerns about the very old building and/or building violations. When you finally get to speak to someone in person they are AWFUL! Hicran Rodoplu (Director of Leasing) is the most unpleasant, rude and unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with.
Advice to owner:
Fire Hicran Rodoplu immediately!!! Respond to tenants concerns in a timely manner with respect, kindness and professionalism. Repair building violations immediately. Clean the interior of the building on a weekly basis. Fix the stairs, leaks and creaks. Remember this building was owned by a New York family for many, many years and ever since Marin Management took over, they tarnished their reputation in the neighborhood. Shame on you Marin Management. Greed and Gentrification took over family, respect and dignity.
