Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Great location, bad maintenance

Pros

Love the location and the fact I have a balcony. There is a gorgeous roof top (however it has been closed for a long time and they keep saying it is the city not giving a permit???), some friendly staff and friendly neighbors.

Cons

The guys clean the same floor over and over. The laundry room is disgusting, the bathroom there has dirt buildup in all the corners. The hallways are very dated, I have lived there 16 months and the same 2 tiles are still not put up in my hallway. The handymen do not know how to fix ANYTHING.

Advice to the owners

You need to deep clean the place, get the roof opened back up and fix things that are broken!

Grossly neglected building, unfortunate given location

Pros

Block off the Park

Cons

Minimal AC, poor plumbing, generally dilapidated, minimal occupancy results in residents not caring

Advice to the owners

Too late, NYC is done and years of unethical behavior and underinvestment here leave this building worth next to nothing regardless
