Withholds Security Deposits But Not Roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Very kind neighbors, except for the owner’s son who lived downstairs with his family and would leave the rest of us very passive aggressive notes
Cons:
- Many roach sightings in my unit (which was ALWAYS clean and sprayed) and in the hallway.
- It took the property managers (J&M Reality) over 3 months to release my security deposit back to me after my lease ended, even though there were no violations on my behalf that would give them reason to do so.
-The front door main entrance lock was broken for more than half of the time I lived there.
Advice to owner:
- Be kinder and warmer to your tenants.
- STOP using J&M reality as your property managers.
