A nightmare of a building.
Pros
NOTHING! Was positive Maybe the only good positive was the neighbor who felt bad for the living situation I was in.
Cons
Where do I start? I had a furnished room there & long story short the experience at the apartment was terrible. Constant roaches a mice problem one time there was no water for the shower for 3-4 days which at the time I had to go to a family members house or at work to take a shower. Constant drinking and fighting in the apartment. I rarely if ever had a moment of peace there. When it rained the room flooded as the water was coming down from the ceiling. Other times it was a hazard even trying to enter or leave the apartment as bicycles where constantly in the way . And.also the lights would.be out which made going and coming from the apartment a serious danger.
Advice to the owners
Start doing your job as an owner and fix your building!!!!!!
