Nice place to live

Pros

Well maintained, in unit washer dryer, good sound insulation other than when the fire alarm erroneously goes off in middle of night, pest control

Cons

Packages get placed in lobby and sometimes go missing, security of people entering therefore questionable but have not had any serious incidents with that as far as I know. Also there are ptac heaters/ac which break down after a few years and are not efficient. Also the fire alarm goes off randomly in middle of night when no emergency, just a glitch. This has been happening for years.
