Amazing building and management team
Pros
This is a brand new building, very very clean inside and outside the units, spacious rooms which you cannot find anywhere in NY for such price, the kindest and most helpful super, the owner is a great man and very reasonable and will always work with you, they kept the building clean, the amenities are excellent, right next to the subway, you're close to everything and you have a decent grocery store and coffee shop on the corner. Large windows with nice view and expensive full size appliances. I really enjoyed living here.
Cons
Can be sometimes loud but you cannot be next to the subway and expect it to be quiet. Same with neighbors and that's also based on your luck anywhere really.

Gym is barebones, sometimes had communication issues with management
