Infested with mice Mold in apartments Outside of building infested with mice Packages left haphazardly in lobby and door is always unlocked Loud neighbors Unresponsive building super Lobby packed with junk Apartments very hot year round

Cons
Our ceiling in our bedroom has leaked twice in the last 3 months and it takes management over 2 weeks to even come and check things out. It feels like a health code violation by risking mold development. We also have mice and cockroaches fairly frequently no matter the prevention methods and traps we have set. The elevator breaks often too. One super spread too thin between jobs. Animals not allowed even though I see people with them constantly Across from a school so if your unit faces the street you will be woken up for sure from 7:30-8:15 everyday
Advice to the owners
Hire more help for building maintenance please!!!!
