Pros
Easy access to essential places in the area. One block from 6 train, supermarket, laundry. Close to playgrounds and good schools. Inside, living room and master bed are spacious. Tall ceilings. LL very responsive and caring.
Cons
Kitchen was tiny if you like to cook. We could hear upstairs neighbors walking around. You could also hear 2-floors up through the bathroom vents if they had a phone conversation on the toilet or a loud conversation in their hallway. Master bedroom side of the apt had windows that overlooked a roof. Living next to dominos you smelled pizza every night so it was hard to keep the windows open for fresh air.
