Convenient but not cozy

Pros

Close to trains, close to bars, bakeries, neighborhood spots, 24/7 laundry right around the corner Short train ride to manhattan Newer finish outs, individual heating/cooling units in each room, other new build amenities like new flooring, quartz countertops, etc (no w/d, microwave, or dishwasher). Balcony

Cons

1-bedrooms are decently sized but the studios are CRAZY small. Like laughably tiny with weird floorplan Elevator frequently out of service; downstairs w/d are never in service, package theft because it's .02' from the street, directly facing busy part of Bushwick Ave. My unit specifically was FILTHY upon move-in.

Advice to the owners

Pay my $1100 back that you stole from my deposit. I cleaned your filthy apartment for you and left it in 1000% better condition than in which it was found.
