Reviews

Great balance of location, amenities, and cost

Pros

We love being so close to Court St, Smith St, and the Cobble Hill / Boerum Hill / Brooklyn Heights neighborhoods more generally. Building still feels quite new, high ceilings, good space.

Cons

Wish there were larger layouts & maybe some better views.

Cons

Owner non-responsive, mice, massive leaks left unfixed, rotting smell, loud neighbor noise
