Apartments are spacious for NYC standards and relatively modern finishes.
Big big issues with noise from apartment above. You can hear every footstep that the neighbors take above you. A nightmare. Had a horrible year of sleep and moved out because of this issues.
I would not move to this apartment building because of this noise issue from footsteps of apartment above.
