Pros

The porter was friendly, hard-working, and very thorough.

Cons

Neverending stream of issues: lack of hot water; heat on crappy electric units very expensive to operate; constant turnover of front desk; neighboring dog barking at all times and urinating in hall/elevator; rooftop amenities not maintained. These issues were raised to management, with terrible response.
