Poorly insulated units=noisey upstairs neighbors Old infrastructure Lacks grounded outlets Excess heat and dust from radiators Mice, roaches Lacks ventilation in bathroom and kitchen Ineffective intercom for front door buzzer Ground floor bar obstructs sidewalk
