Pros
Apartments are spacious and the super is fantastic! We had some great neighbors as well.
Cons
Late in my time there, the building had both roach and bedbug issues. They were addressed but the roach issue in the public areas was recurring.

Remarkably large apartments if you can make the commute work
Pros
Huge apartments with excellent kitchens. A lot of original details in the plaster walls. Nice enough renovations of an older building.
Cons
Some neighbors could be noisy and it's quite a hike being at the absolute upper tip of Manhattan
