Not terrible, definitely not amazing

Convenient location, gym in building

Cons

Building staff. The old guy at the front desk, Jonuz, is a little rat and needs to be fired or at least taught how to speak to people with respect. He is arrogant and has zero emotional intelligence. Get rid of him and watch occupancy rates skyrocket.
