Great building management!

Pros

Excellent doorman, super and staff. If you submit a maintnence request, it will be resolved within hours or the next day. Area is very convenient, beautiful unobstructed views. Also include gas and water in the rent!

Cons

Consistent cockroach problem, however the building was very helpful in sending exterminators weekly to combat this. Unfortunately it's just an old building. Also the laundry machines could be cleaner/newer

Doormen are great and very helpful! Laundry in building is very convenient.

Cons

Heat distribution depending on apartment layout can be uneven when it's very cold in the winter.
