Great for the price

Pros

Neighbors were lovely. Great prices and great location. Laundry in building and elevator (although occasionally out of service).

Cons

Slow responsiveness by super. Not always the most cleanly exterior. Heating is very touchy and not great insulation. Had to purchase AC unit.
