Great location, questionable building
Pros
Location is great Safe location Lower rent price than average
Cons
Overheated in the winter slow to respond to repairs Building slanted Roaches in hallways Plumbing is old. Often clogs or leaks Landlord office is rude Some of neighbors are aggressive
Advice to the owners
Put roach traps in halls. Make sure the locks on front door are working as they are often open. Get to repairs in a timely manner. Allow tenants to control heat level.
