Nice building, walls a little thin

Pros:
Well maintained building, nice brick interior, management office across the street, quick responses to issues.
Cons:
Thin walls, if your upstairs neighbor is a heavy walker it will sound like thunder, but that's pretty standard for old buildings.

Only the bedroom has windows, so the living room and kitchen area does not get much light.

Pros:
I liked the size as it is perfect for just one person. Whenever a maintenance order was put in, it was usually resolved within a few days.
Cons:
The rent is absurd for what you are getting. We had to beg the landlord to get a security camera/update the locks as there were multiple packages stolen and many people tried to break in. It is now resolved.

Pros:
Property management is across the street, good response time. Supers are hard working, skilled and seem to have integrity unlike Sol who’s a classic manipulative dirt bag who will take money that is not his and hide behind Matel Realty. Obviously they’re shit too. Typical strong arm bullshit from these assholes. Also, beetle house is the ground floor bar, kind of entertaining but crowds are annoying and staff is untidy
Cons:
CCTV isn’t actually on, shitty youth will roll the dice and steal your package.
Advice to owner:
Don’t mislead prospective tenants, be direct and have integrity.
