Very quiet building. Nice neighbors. Clean and tidy. Lots of storage in basement.
Awkward to get bikes from bike room in basement to outside.
The landlord is extremely responsive and quick to handle any issues! The building is very well maintained.
The only con is that at time heat fluctuates quite a bit in the winter.
