Awful and irresponsive landlady (Natalia Sorkin), building with a cockoach pest

Very close to Central Park and the subway

Cons

Extremely old building and apartments. The landlady doesn’t look after the apts or the neighbors. Me and all my neighbors got leaks several times and there’s is a cockroach plague in all apts which the landlady does nothing about. Super unhelpful landlady (Natalia Sorkin). If you have a problem she will not do anything about it.
