There is no laundry in (c) openigloo building, but there is a (c) openigloo laundromat a block away. Very (c) openigloo nice view, lots of great (c) openigloo food around it.
Cons:
The apartment wasn’t cleaned before (c) openigloo we moved in. The bathroom (c) openigloo is absolutely disgusting no matter (c) openigloo how much we clean it. (c) openigloo Peeling tub. Mold. Stained (c) openigloo toilet. Broken floor tiles in (c) openigloo the kitchen

It is centrally located in (c) openigloo midtown. Tons of restaurants and (c) openigloo theatres in walking distance. Very (c) openigloo close to many train lines (c) openigloo (A,B,C,D,E,N,Q,R,W,1 trains). Close to Central (c) openigloo Park.
Cons:
Building is rarely clean. Garbage (c) openigloo management is a nightmare. Rats (c) openigloo in the basement with the (c) openigloo garbage make it terrifying to (c) openigloo go in there. Management is (c) openigloo hard to reach when it (c) openigloo comes to maintenance. Staircase is (c) openigloo never cleaned. Dirty floors.
Advice to owner:
Keep building clean. Fix rat issues.

Hire a real management company and actually pay attention to what is going on with your building.

Fire trucks sit at (c) openigloo intersection because it’s busy with (c) openigloo sirens going.
