Attentive owners, great service

Pros:
Renovated our bathroom for no cost and consistently making sure amenities are well maintained and clean
Cons:
Have experienced some issues with buzzer and walls are somewhat thin - can hear our neighbors fairly well in some parts of our apartment

You’re living in the best area in the city but put up with some of the hiccups. Loud neighbors, old building etc.

Pros:
Never had any major issues in the building itself - no pests, clean stairwell, working elevator at all times, quiet neighbors. Any minor issues I had were addressed quickly and management was EXTREMELY responsive. Would live here again. Rare gem.

Absolutely amazing location and building, elevator and laundry in the basement. Super responsive live in super. Monthly extermination in the building. Absolutely love living here!

Cons:
Being on the second floor was extremely loud with both restaurants and bars located below. Chairs from outdoor dining get dragged in every night at 11pm. Pests were a massive problem despite being highly clean individuals. The heat was never enough because the apt is poorly insulated.

- Great location
- Highly attentive super - peter is truly awesome
- Well - insulated, which leads to really reasonable heading / cooling bills
- Clean
- Well managed
- High ceilings
Cons:
- Rooms can have weird configurations
- Kitchen / bathroom not updated
Advice to owner:
Repaint the doors! Update the cabinets!

Really beautiful building with a good amount of Soace
Cons:
We had problems since we moved in that were never fixed. Old building with lots of issues they attempted to hide in renovation

Location, super is amazing, landlords are reasonable.
Cons:
Noticed some pests, we’ve heard neighbors have rodent problems, our apt is noisy because of bar on first floor.
Advice to owner:
N/A— they are very reasonable and responsive.

Responsive management, invest in improving the building, great location
Cons:
Typical walk-up woes; loud pipes when the heats on, saw a cockroach twice in 4 years of living there

Anthony the super is awesome, great location, generally everything is well constructed and maintained.
Cons:
We had a lot of pest issues, particularly in the bathroom drain, and the noise from the bar downstairs isn’t great.
