Fantastic building, awesome super!

Pros

Louie the super is great– super responsive. Laundry in basement and never had any issues with it being down for maintenance. Inside of building always kept very clean and there's a pest service that comes by every month. Other tenants are very respectful and friendly.

Cons

Had some roach issues in the kitchen & bathroom of my unit for the first few months despite keeping them very clean. Still occasionally see one but not as bad. The realtor who showed me the unit said that there was no roach history in the building but that's not the case.

Advice to the owners
