Pros
Great super and great sized apartment Really small building and nice neighbors who bring in packages Management is good about any issues--we had a broken dishwasher and they replaced next day No real pests issues, the odd sighting of a roach was immediately met with an exterminator
Cons
Right next to a bar (honestly a great place with great staff) and a dorm so sometimes can hear people partying but that was never a problem for me In midtown so relatively quiet at night so if you are looking for a stronger going out scene you might struggle Walkup building No rooftop access
