Building amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, a common outdoor terrace.   Major subway lines (2,3,4,5,6) as well as the Metro North are around the corner. 

On the corner of 124th and 5th Ave you are just steps away from Whole Foods, Harlem Shake, and the Apollo Theater as well as being located on the north side of Marcus Garvey Park and the Mt Morris Historic District.  The park includes an amphitheatre, yoga, pool, dog park, barbecue, historic belltower, a baseball diamond, and quaint tree lined brownstone streets.

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.
