- Building switched 3 owners in 5 years - Apartment Constantly flooded when it rained - Rats running through the walls and in apartment - Roaches - Flies - Laundry in basement smelled disgusting - No hot water for months - Building management ignored us - People came to do repairs but left before repairing, leaving holes in walls

Get the fuck out of owning buildings and go live on a farm and kick rocks. You shouldn't be in charge of other people's housing.
